  • If personal details not pertinent to your business are included, this may delay the approval process.
  • A VAT number is not mandatory for account approval; if unavailable, simply enter “NA” in the relevant field.
  • Post submission, please allow up to 24 hours for account activation. Our team may reach out for additional details if necessary.

Shipping and Payment Information:

Upon account approval, all in-stock items will be dispatched via DHL for next-day delivery. Please note that during peak times, next-day delivery may not be guaranteed for orders placed late in the day.

Important Payment Instructions:

  • Payments must be completed within 2 working days from the invoice date. Failure to comply may lead to cancellation, and the same stock may not be available subsequently.
  • Include your invoice number in the payment reference to avoid delays in order processing. Unreferenced payments may not be immediately recognized by our accounts department, potentially delaying shipment.
  • To expedite the process, you may send proof of payment directly to your sales agent.
